The game tells the story of a hacker whose niece was dead accidentally and he comes into action to take the revenge of the death. The player, in the game is free to roam in urban and open countryside areas of Chicago.

The leading character of the game is Aiden Pearce that is a very high class hacker and has the ability to hack operating systems of Chicago that manage the whole system of the city. In the game Watch Dogs, the player has the choice either to play the game as a criminal or as a vigilante. The game can also be played online and it also support multiplayer mode as well. The game has broken the first day selling record of Ubisoft games and the popularity of the game accelerate to 4 million people within a week only.

In his family members he has a sister Nicole and her children Lena and Jackson. But some men attacked on their car and a person Maurice Vega fires that cause Lena to go in coma and death two months later. After that the action begins and Aiden becomes “The Fox” finds Maurice to kill and the story of the game goes on
