Picasa 3.9 is developed by Google. It is software which allows you to find, edit and share the pictures on your system. Picasa also allows you to edit your pictures by just clicking and gives the powerful and reliable effects in your hands. It gives you the features of sharing your pictures and albums on your own blog or timeline, you can email and print your pictures, and you can make a gift CD.

This is the latest version and it also includes Web albums, but you must have a Google account for this feature. There are many other improvements in this latest version of Picasa like now it has sharing on Google+, newly added affects, gives you a stylish change in your pictures, you can edit your picture after editing you’ll have both pictures the original one and edited and many more. This new version Picasa has completed all the difficulties and become successful software which is looking difficult but, it has improved a lot and proved itself which is very good.
